  • Report to Facilities manager; routinely inspects work area hazards and identifies improvement opportunities.
  • Asset management, Facilities Service Desk Management, Supervise repairs, Maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture & fixtures.
  • Vendor management of supplier.
  • Coordinate with Service Providers.
  • Suppliers to ensure quality of Services.
  • Checking and detecting damaged devices.
  • Promptly work with techniques to repair.
  • Supervise cleaning, pest control, and signage for Myanmar Office Tower.
  • Perform other duties instructed by Facilities Manager as required.

Position Requirement

  • Any Bachelor of Degree.
  • Must be experience about this operation at Office, Mall, Hotel and Service.
  • Good communication skill, problem-solving skill and team building skill.
  • Good English communication skills (including read and write in English).
  • Ability to deal with pressure of work.

M (1) Post

I. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Finance and Accounting department. Ensure all finance and accounting activities comply with financial regulations
• Establish modeling, processes and procedures for controlling the accounting and finance matters of the Company
• Prepare the financial plan, forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results, control and analyze reports as required by Board of Director
• Prepare the plan for capital requisition to ensure the operation and investing of the Company
• Work with local authorities to make sure the accounting system comply with local regulations
• Take part in recruitment, training personnel to meet the Job need
• Others as required by Board of Directors

II. Qualifications:

• B.Com & CPA & ACCA (Strategic Level)/(affiliate)
• At least 5years experience in financial & management accounting
• Related construction industry knowledge is highly preferred
• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous
• Good use in Microsoft office especially in advance excels. Accounting Software can be use well.
• Have experience in Budget planning, Taxation and Financial analysis.
• Must be business level in the English Language

Job DescriptionI. Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
• Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
• Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations.
• Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
• Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince the clients.
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
• Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
 

II. Qualifications

  • Any graduated from university.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as sales Executive in related fields.
  • Good sales skill and appearance.
  • Good English communication skills in English and Myanmar language (including writing). Chinese language prepared.
  • Must have knowledge in real state, especially Residential.

(For Sales) – 2 posts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist office personnel with any financial/leasing matters as may be required
  • Work with other accounting department personnel in expediting the timely flow of information as required
  • Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger activity for the property’s in your assigned real estate portfolio
  • Prepare monthly/annual rent billing and Operating Expense/Real Estate/Tax
  • Assist in preparation of a property’s annual operating budget
  • Support the onsite Sale Managers and other site personnel in all aspects of financial reporting
  • Monitor tenant receivables to make sure amounts due are paid on a timely basis
  • Assist other accounting personnel in making bank deposits
  • Assist the team in the preparation of the year end accounting for the various real estate entities for timely completion of the year-end financial statements and tax returns
    Perform such other tasks as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economic and etc.
  • 1-3 years’ experience as in related fields.
  • Good interpersonal skills and appearance.
  • Good communication skills in English and Myanmar language (including reading and writing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
