FIELD: CONSTRUCTION/BUILDINGS
Report to Procurement Manager (SCM)

Job Summary
To assist in the preparation and shipment/delivery of material/equipment, in accordance with the Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare Material request where required
  • To support in the procurement process
  • To prepare weekly and monthly store reports and reporting to management team in time.
  • To Keep Store daily in/out record
  • Receiving and dispatching material/equipment of projects
  • To ensure project site team/SUBCONS/ related departments to receive full, accurate & on time order
  • Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently
  • Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.
  • Encompass aspects of receiving goods, stock handling, stock locating, picking of works orders, cycle counting.
  • Ensure that the execution of the dispatch sequence is maintained within the required dates.
  • Ensure all aspects of the Dangerous Goods Act are fulfilled.
  • To ensure that good housekeeping and health and safety regulations are adhered to within the work area.

Nice to Have

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E) or Any Graduate , Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under stress and pressure
  • Three to five years’ experience in related field.
  • Good English 4 Skill

Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for the general administration of the Engineering department, including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings and equipment as well as technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control in the development
  2. Ensure that facilities issues are identified and repaired quickly.
  3. Has strong leadership quality with integrity and willing to challenge the status quo
  4. Provide technical input in the planning, design, and development of all electrical and mechanical facilities equipment.
  5. Mentor and develop the skills of an internal team in order to scale in support of facilities equipment.
  6. Strong organizational and leadership skill to lead a team of skilled electrical and mechanical technicians, building technicians, etc.
  7. Highly motivated, mature and able to work independently with high speed of execution
  8. Attention to detail, service-minded
  9. Strong work ethic

Job Requirement

  1. BE,ME,BSC, MSC. (Electrical, Mechanical)
  2. Over 5 years experience with real estate environment
  3. Good interpersonal skills and Effective communication skills
  4. Accuracy in work details
  5. Fluency in English
  6. Have planning and leadership skills
  7. High motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure
  8. Computer literate

MEP SITE MANAGER POSITION is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to 5 STARS HOTEL projects, Residential Towers and Mixed used Buildings etc. The term MEP includes HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems. The Key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.


Other responsibility includes:

  1. Attending regular meetings ( on WORK progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Main Contractor and Consultant to DISCUSS key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
  2. Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
  3. Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
  4. Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
  5. Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
  6. Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities regulations.
  7. Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
  8. Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
  9. Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
  10. Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
  11. Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
  12. ESTABLISH and monitor program and project controls KPI’s.
  13. Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
  14. Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time


Other Requirement

  • M&E design practice certificate/ M&E Degrees, prioritizing candidates with additional other practicing certificates/Degree related to the construction field
  • Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Proven track record on completing projects.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in well reputed large MEP COMPANIES
  • Fluently using specialized software (auto cad, shop drawing …) and office software (work, excel, …).

Job Description

  • Be on behalf of HOD of Legal Department in case HOD not on duty
  • Be in charge in all litigation matters: including dispute arrangements, negotiation, proceed the lawsuits at court and competent authorities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of litigation matters
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on company’s compliance
  • Review, draft and prepare legal letters, agreements and contracts to ensure the company’s compliance.
  • Warn company and it’s all possessions from any illegal problems
  • Assist HOD of legal department in any legal matters of the company
  • Perform other necessary tasks required by BOD

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years in legal field
  • Experiences in litigation works, disputes arrangement, negotiation, etc.
  • Expert in company laws,investment laws, labor laws,contract laws,etc.,
  • 4 skills English and Microsoft office skills are required.
