Responsibilities

  • In charge of revenue/expense for Retail Management, supervisor and report to Manager. Receive, process information, emails related to daily work.
  • Arrange meeting schedules and organize meetings as required with tenant, supplier, etc…
  • Drafting of notices, official letters, minutes. Ranging and keeping documents, contracts and related document.
  • Make daily, weekly, monthly, etc… reports.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the manager. Receive and communicate the direction of the manager to the individual, the department concerned, urge and monitor the implementation process.
  • Well understand the nature and structure of Retail Assistant Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (preference Advance Diploma)
  • Good interpersonal skills and Effective communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Accuracy in work details
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Have planning and leadership skills
  • High motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure

Job Description

  • Be on behalf of HOD of Legal Department in case HOD not on duty
  • Be in charge in all litigation matters: including dispute arrangements, negotiation, proceed the lawsuits at court and competent authorities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of litigation matters
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on company’s compliance
  • Review, draft and prepare legal letters, agreements and contracts to ensure the company’s compliance.
  • Warn company and it’s all possessions from any illegal problems
  • Assist HOD of legal department in any legal matters of the company
  • Perform other necessary tasks required by BOD

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years in legal field
  • Experiences in litigation works, disputes arrangement, negotiation, etc.
  • Expert in company laws,investment laws, labor laws,contract laws,etc.,
  • 4 skills English and Microsoft office skills are required.

M (1) Post

I. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Finance and Accounting department. Ensure all finance and accounting activities comply with financial regulations
• Establish modeling, processes and procedures for controlling the accounting and finance matters of the Company
• Prepare the financial plan, forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results, control and analyze reports as required by Board of Director
• Prepare the plan for capital requisition to ensure the operation and investing of the Company
• Work with local authorities to make sure the accounting system comply with local regulations
• Take part in recruitment, training personnel to meet the Job need
• Others as required by Board of Directors

II. Qualifications:

• B.Com & CPA & ACCA (Strategic Level)/(affiliate)
• At least 5years experience in financial & management accounting
• Related construction industry knowledge is highly preferred
• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous
• Good use in Microsoft office especially in advance excels. Accounting Software can be use well.
• Have experience in Budget planning, Taxation and Financial analysis.
• Must be business level in the English Language
