- Handle incoming, outgoing calls, fax & business correspondence.
- Assist the tenants with required things & keep the working area neat & tidy.
- Inform the security & cleaning team to make sure the office tower safe & clean.
- Record daily complaints & report to Office Property Manager/Asst.Property Manager.
- Perform other duties instructed by Office Property Manager/Asst.Property Manager as required.
- Any Graduate with working knowledge of English.
- Good appearance,flexible & having good interpersonal skill.
- Hospitality industry background is preferable.
- Able to work overtime if needed.
- Positive attitude & minimum (1) year experience in reception.
- Preferable in 5’2″ height and above.
- Computer literate, age (20) years and above.
